Literature and product data discrepancy

The band observed around 200 kDa is likely due to protein phosphorylation. This can cause a shift in apparent molecular weight and may explain the difference between literature references and the product data.When reviewing discrepancies, please consider the experimental context, sample type, and post-translational modifications that may affect migration on the gel.
